This is my recipe for making cheese crackers that can be an alternative to Cheez-Its. You will need to follow my Multi-purpose Flour Mix recipe for this one.
Title: Cheese Crackers
Yield: 4 cups

1/2 Cup Flour
1/8 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
1/3 Cup Cheese
3 Tbsp water
Instructions

Mix flour mix (1/2 cup flour, 1/8 tsp Baking Powder, 1/8 tsp Salt, 1/2
Tbsp Cocnut Oil), 1/8 tsp salt together
Shred cheese into the mix, stir, and add 3 Tbsp water
Mix together and kneed about 5 minutes
Roll dough very thin and place on cookie sheet
Cut into squares with pizza cutter and salt
Bake at 450 degrees for about 5 minutes
