Multi-purpose Flour Mix

This is my recipe base used for tortillas, crackers, and a variety of other flour-based items.

Yield: 3 cups
Preparation Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

3 Cups Flour
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Instructions

Mix Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt together.
Stir together
Add Coconut Oil and mix by hand until it is all smooth.
Place into storage containers for later use.
