Tomato Sauce from Scratch

This is my homemade tomato sauce I use for pasta, pizza, and more.

Ingredients

4 tomatoes
1/3 cup water
2/3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/3 Tbsp vinegar
1/3 Tbsp Garlic Salt
pepper
oregano
basil


Instructions

Puree the tomatoes and pour into a saucepan.
Add 1/2 cup water, 1 Tbsp oil, 1/2 Tsp vinegar.
Add 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Salt and other spices.
Stir and heat sauce.
Once it boils, reduce heat and simmer covered for 3-5 hours until the
excess moisture is boiled off.
Remove from heat and use immediately or store in refrigerator or
freezer.
