This tortilla mix will give you a perfect flour tortilla for burritos, taco shells, wraps, and more.
This recipe is an update, variation, continuation of Multi-Purpose Flour Mix which we described before.
Measuring Cups and Spoons
1/2 Cup Storage Containers
1 Cup Flour
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Mix Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt together.
Stir together with butter knife
Add Coconut Oil and mix by hand until it is all smooth.
Divide into storage containers, either 1/2 or 1/3 cup portions to
store for later.
For Tortilla, add 1/2 or 1/3 cup mix with 2-3 TBSP water:
1/3 cup – About 2.5 TBSP water
1/2 xup – About 3 TBSP water
Mix together and kneed about 2 minutes
Roll flat on a floured countertop
Cook in 12 in flat bottom pan about 2 min on medium to high.
Flip when bubblt on top.
Remove from heat after another minute.
